- Begin by cutting the 1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
