Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment paper.
  2. Wash the cauliflower heads thoroughly and remove outer leaves while keeping the core intact.
  3. Slice each cauliflower head into ¾-inch-thick steaks, and reserve any outer florets.
  4. Arrange the steaks and reserved florets on the baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle half of your seasonings.
  5. Bake the cauliflower steaks for 15 minutes, checking for golden edges.
  6. Carefully flip the steaks, spray the other side with olive oil, and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Bake until the steaks are browned and fork-tender, then serve immediately.
