Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice your French baguette or ciabatta in half lengthwise and scoop out some soft bread from the top half.

  3. Spread basil pesto on the bottom half and apply calabrian chili paste on the top half.
  4. Layer the prosciutto over the pesto on the bottom half.
  5. Place the fresh burrata cheese atop the prosciutto and break it open.
  6. Press the top half of the bread onto the filling to assemble the sandwich.
  7. Slice the sandwich diagonally and serve warm.
