  2. Marinate Chicken: Place the chicken thighs into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Prepare Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Make Glaze: Heat reserved marinade over medium heat until simmering. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and gradually add to the simmering marinade, stirring until thickened.
  5. Cook Chicken: Spray air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Arrange chicken in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip, brush with glaze, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
