Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, a beaten egg, kosher salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Grease a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of the greased baking dish. Lay down the no-boil lasagna noodles.
- Spoon the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by another layer of marinara sauce. Repeat until you have 4 to 6 layers.
- Finish with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with leftover mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- After 35 minutes, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400ºF (200ºC). Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
- Let the lasagna cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with basil and parsley.
