Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare chicken by trimming excess fat and cutting into 1-1.5 inch pieces.
  2. Season the chicken with avocado oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Preheat the griddle to between 375-400°F.
  4. Prepare the sauce by combining fresh orange juice, soy sauce, and honey.
  5. Cook chicken on the griddle, searing for 5-7 minutes and flipping until the internal temperature is 150-160°F.
  6. Add half of the sauce to the seared chicken and let simmer until thickened.
  7. If using, sauté optional vegetables on the griddle until tender.
  8. Combine the vegetables with the orange chicken and serve over rice or preferred side.
