  • 1/2 cup Vegan Butter Substitute with any vegan spread if desired.
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Parsley can be used instead.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by softening your vegan butter in a small bowl. Add in the chopped cilantro and minced garlic, then mix thoroughly until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the blackening seasoning. Mix together smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried thyme. Add cayenne pepper if desired.
  3. Take your fresh sweet corn and place it in a large bowl. Drizzle the oil over the corn, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle the blackening seasoning on the corn and toss again.
  4. Heat the skillet over medium heat, adding a bit more oil to prevent sticking. Add the seasoned corn and sear for 15-20 minutes, rotating occasionally until charred.
  5. Remove the corn from the skillet and top with cilantro garlic butter, allowing it to melt. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
