Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high, around 375°F to 400°F. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced onion, cilantro, garlic, diced jalapeño, ground cumin, paprika, lime juice, shredded cheddar, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  4. Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove burgers and let them rest covered with foil for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Assemble by placing a patty on each bun, topping with guacamole, tomato slices, and lettuce.
