Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients and equipment, including a pot for boiling pasta, a skillet, and a stirring spoon.
  2. Fill a large pot with water, add a generous pinch of salt, and bring it to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta, reserving a little pasta water, and set it aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat, then add the minced garlic and diced red bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in honey and soy sauce, cooking until thickened.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnishing with chopped green onions.
