  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well emulsified. Set the dressing aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the sliced pears and sauté over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. Return the crispy bacon to the skillet with the pears and pour the mustard dressing over the mixture. Toss gently and heat for 1-2 minutes.
