  • 4 pieces Tortillas whole grain tortillas are a healthier option
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing a lighter homemade version can be used
For the Fresh Element
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce can replace with spinach or mixed greens
For the Flavor Boost
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese nutritional yeast is a vegan alternative

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season both sides of your chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and reaches 165°F.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces after resting.
  6. Lay out 4 tortillas on a clean surface and spread Caesar dressing across each tortilla.
  7. Layer sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese on each tortilla.
  8. Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
  9. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
