  3. Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir well to ensure the flavors meld.
  4. If using the advanced detox version, add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger, stirring thoroughly.
