Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by brewing 1 cup of espresso or strong coffee using your preferred method. Allow the coffee to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. While your coffee cools, blend 1 cup of fresh raspberries until smooth to create approximately ¼ cup of raspberry puree. Strain if desired.
  3. In a tall glass, pour the chilled raspberry puree and add 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup. Stir to combine.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes, reaching approximately ¾ full.
  5. Carefully pour milk into the glass, filling it up to the rim.
  6. Slowly drizzle the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon into the glass, allowing it to float above the milk.
  7. Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
