  • 4 pieces Freestone Peaches ripe, fragrant peaches
  • 4 cups Seedless Watermelon cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint preferably spearmint
For Seasoning
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt to enhance flavors
  • 1 dash Black Pepper freshly cracked
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon or Lime Juice to brighten flavors

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the ripe freestone peaches into thin wedges or bite-sized chunks, peeling if desired.
  2. Cut the seedless watermelon into 1-inch cubes and set aside in a large bowl.
  3. Rinse fresh mint leaves, pat dry, and chop into rough pieces.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Sprinkle the chopped mint evenly over the fruits in the large bowl.
  2. Gently mix the fruits and mint together, being cautious not to mash them.
Season Salad
  1. Add a pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, stirring gently to season evenly.
Add Citrus
  1. Drizzle fresh lemon or lime juice over the mixture and gently fold to coat the ingredients.
Toss and Chill
  1. Gently toss the salad, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill for 15–20 minutes.
