Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a pot. Once boiling, remove from heat and add chamomile tea bags. Steep for about 5 minutes until the tea is richly infused with a golden hue. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely to room temperature.
- In a large pitcher, combine your cooled chamomile tea, ¼ cup of honey, and the juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons. Whisk together for about 1-2 minutes until the honey is fully dissolved and blended.
- Prepare serving glasses by filling each with ice cubes to the brim. Carefully pour the chamomile and honey mixture over the ice in each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Top off each glass with sparkling water, filling them to the rim. Gently stir the mixture with a long spoon to combine the flavors.
- Add a slice of fresh lemon and a few edible chamomile flowers to each glass for vibrant garnish. Serve immediately.
