Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a pot. Once boiling, remove from heat and add chamomile tea bags. Steep for about 5 minutes until the tea is richly infused with a golden hue. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely to room temperature.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine your cooled chamomile tea, ¼ cup of honey, and the juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons. Whisk together for about 1-2 minutes until the honey is fully dissolved and blended.
  3. Prepare serving glasses by filling each with ice cubes to the brim. Carefully pour the chamomile and honey mixture over the ice in each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Top off each glass with sparkling water, filling them to the rim. Gently stir the mixture with a long spoon to combine the flavors.
  5. Add a slice of fresh lemon and a few edible chamomile flowers to each glass for vibrant garnish. Serve immediately.
