Brew the Tea
- Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium pot, then steep 4 black tea bags for about 5 minutes. Stir in ½ cup of sugar until dissolved. Set tea aside to cool.
Prepare Peach Mixture
- Wash and slice 2 ripe fresh peaches. Blend with 1 cup of peach nectar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
Make Raspberry Puree
- Heat 1 cup of raspberries with the juice of 1 lemon and ½ cup of sugar over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, then strain to remove seeds.
Assemble the Drink
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour brewed tea halfway, then layer with peach mixture and raspberry puree.
Serve
- Top each glass with 1 cup of sparkling water or club soda, garnish with mint and extra fruit slices.
