- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until light and fluffy.
- Fold in mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chunks and raspberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top. Optionally, add extra chocolate and raspberries on top.
