- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Twinkie pan.
- Mix spice cake mix and pumpkin puree in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared Twinkie pan, filling each slot about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool Twinkies in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Blend marshmallow cream, shortening, salt, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth for filling.
- Poke three holes in the bottom of each cooled Twinkie for filling.
- Pipe marshmallow filling into each Twinkie through the holes.
