  • 1 oz Espresso or Cold Brew freshly brewed for richer flavor
  • 2 oz Real Pumpkin canned pure pumpkin or fresh pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger if needed
  • 2 oz Dairy-Free Creamer almond milk or coconut creamer
For Garnishing
  • 1 pinch Pumpkin Pie Spice to sprinkle on top before serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, pour in 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of coffee liqueur, 1 ounce of freshly brewed espresso or cold brew, 2 ounces of real pumpkin puree, and ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  3. Using a fine mesh strainer, carefully pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top before serving.
