  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or fresh oregano/Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper or red pepper flakes for extra kick

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Pour the tomato pizza sauce over the cottage cheese mixture and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, then add chopped bell pepper and sliced black olives.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes, slice, and serve.
