Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the washed cucumber, chopped pineapple, fresh lime juice, peeled ginger, and mint leaves with 3 cups of water. Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add pure maple syrup to the blender and pulse for an additional 10–15 seconds.
  3. To achieve a smoother consistency, strain the blended mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  4. Transfer the agua fresca into a large pitcher filled with ice. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves if desired.
