- In a microwave-safe mug, add 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Mix well with a fork.
- Pour in 3 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until lump-free.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. Watch for overflow.
- Check doneness by pressing the top of the pancake with a fork; if it jiggles, microwave in 10-second intervals until firm.
- Carefully remove from microwave, let cool for 1 minute, and add desired toppings.
