Step-by-Step Instructions for Oreo Dream Cheesecake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. In a mixing bowl, whisk in sugar and flour until combined. Pour into greased springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, mix in sour cream and folded in chopped Oreos. Pour over cooled chocolate cake and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 35-40 minutes until the edges are set.
