Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  2. Push the cooked beef to one side and melt butter in the empty space. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until fragrant and golden, about 2 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour in beef broth and milk, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it's submerged. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once pasta is cooked, reduce heat to low. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Pair with garlic bread or a salad.
