Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth, then blend in ½ cup of melted butter.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, ½ cup of sugar, 1 beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; stir until mixed.
  4. Fold in 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour gently.
