Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Mash 2 to 3 very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Add melted butter, baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until blended.
- Fold in 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour gently into the wet mixture.
- Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Add about 1 teaspoon of Nutella into each of the wells created in the batter.
- Gently swirl the Nutella into the muffin batter without fully mixing it.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool muffins in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
