Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. Mash 2 to 3 very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add melted butter, baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until blended.
  4. Fold in 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour gently into the wet mixture.
  5. Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  6. Add about 1 teaspoon of Nutella into each of the wells created in the batter.
  7. Gently swirl the Nutella into the muffin batter without fully mixing it.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool muffins in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
