Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by washing your fresh strawberries thoroughly under cool water. Remove the stems and slice or dice them into smaller pieces before placing them into the Ninja Creami container.
- Next, sprinkle sugar over the strawberries in the container. Stir the mixture well to ensure that the sugar coats all the strawberry pieces. Allow to sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
- Mash the strawberries lightly with a fork or potato masher to release more juices. Then, add the full-fat plain Greek yogurt to the strawberries and stir until smooth.
- Cover the container with a lid and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- When ready to enjoy, remove the container from the freezer. Using the Lite Ice Cream setting on your Ninja Creami, process the mixture. If crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.
- Scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls or cones and serve immediately.

Notes
Choose ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sugar levels to taste and store leftovers properly for the best texture.
