- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough on a clean surface and divide it into 8 triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place 3-4 slices of pepperoni and a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Carefully roll each triangle tightly from the wide end towards the tip and pinch edges to seal.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese on top of each rolled croissant.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
