  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Whole milk mozzarella is ideal
  • 24 slices Pepperoni Slices Consider turkey pepperoni or ham for a lighter option
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Optional
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For extra flavor
For Serving
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Essential for dipping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough on a clean surface and divide it into 8 triangles.
  3. At the wide end of each triangle, place 3-4 slices of pepperoni and a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Carefully roll each triangle tightly from the wide end towards the tip and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese on top of each rolled croissant.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
