  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the lasagna noodles by boiling in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, drained ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish, then lay out the cooked noodles. Spoon filling onto each noodle and roll tightly.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
