Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Moist Coconut Baba
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and desiccated coconut in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cream the unsalted butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the coconut milk.
  6. Pour the prepared batter into the greased bundt pan, smoothing out the surface.
