Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Spiced Cranberry Syrup: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, water, agave nectar, orange zest, cinnamon stick, and optional whole cloves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
  2. Mix the Margarita: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in tequila, lime juice, and cooled spiced cranberry syrup. Shake vigorously for about 15-30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Assemble the Cocktail: Fill serving glasses with ice and strain the chilled mixture into each glass.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a cinnamon stick, fresh cranberries, rosemary, and citrus slices. Serve immediately.
