- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a standard cupcake pan with 16 paper liners. Place one whole Oreo in each liner.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Spoon the creamy filling into the liners over the Oreo base, filling each about three-quarters full. Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake the cheesecakes for 14-16 minutes until the centers are set but still slightly jiggle. Remove from the oven and cool.
- Let the cheesecakes cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before transferring them to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos if desired.
