Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a standard cupcake pan with 16 paper liners. Place one whole Oreo in each liner.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  3. Spoon the creamy filling into the liners over the Oreo base, filling each about three-quarters full. Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
  4. Bake the cheesecakes for 14-16 minutes until the centers are set but still slightly jiggle. Remove from the oven and cool.
  5. Let the cheesecakes cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before transferring them to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos if desired.
