  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Can add sea salt on top

  • 1 cup Chopped Mini Cadbury Eggs Can substitute with other candies

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of light brown sugar and ½ cup of granulated sugar, heating until smooth for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in two eggs and 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.
  5. Sift together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon of salt, then fold into the wet mixture.
  6. Gently fold in 1 cup of chopped Mini Cadbury Eggs until evenly distributed.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before cutting into squares.
