Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Melted Cabbage
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a mixing bowl and combine with olive oil. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the cabbage into wedges of even thickness and lay them flat on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Coat each cabbage wedge generously with the garlic butter mixture.
