- Prepare the Dutch Oven by lightly coating it with nonstick spray and lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk warm water and maple syrup, then pour into dry ingredients along with melted vegan butter and olive oil.
- Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl by mixing light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted vegan butter in a bowl.
- Layer the Dough and Cinnamon Mixture in the Dutch oven, starting with one-third of the dough, followed by one-third of the cinnamon mixture.
- Let it Rise for about 1 hour or until it nearly reaches the top of the pot.
- Preheat the Oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Bake the Bread for about 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the Dutch oven for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
