- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Unroll one can of refrigerated crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the greased baking dish, sealing any seams.
- Layer the sliced ham, salami, provolone cheese, and pepperoni over the crescent roll base. Sprinkle banana pepper rings and roasted red peppers on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over the fillings and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle olive oil over everything.
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
