- Heat a skillet over medium heat; add ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain grease, stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 15-20 seconds until pliable.
- Lay each tortilla flat and layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheeses.
- Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet with butter or oil for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or salad.
