  • 1 can Mackerel Drained and flaked
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 1 cup Red Onion Finely chopped
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Capers Rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
