Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract, mix, then gradually add flour and salt until well combined.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips, crushed potato chips, and pretzel twists using a spatula.
  5. Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet into an even layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before drizzling with caramel and melted chocolate.
  8. Break the cooled brittle into pieces, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and serve or store.
