- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, and chipotle chili powder until smooth.
- Take the chicken and coat them thoroughly with the wet rub. Marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook each piece of chicken for 5 to 7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked.

- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.
