Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and ½ cup of water over low heat. Stir continuously for about 3–5 minutes, or until the honey completely dissolves into a smooth syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature.
  2. Squeeze enough fresh lemons to yield 1 cup of lemon juice, then strain the juice to remove any pulp.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled honey mixture with fresh lemon juice and 1 cup of cranberry juice. Stir gently until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
  4. Just before serving, gradually stir in 4 cups of chilled sparkling water.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the fizzing mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves.
