Preparation

- For the buttercream, beat butter until creamy, then add sugar, vanilla, salt, and enough milk to mix into a pipeable consistency.
- Pipe the green buttercream into cooled cookie cups.
- Decorate with sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and pretzel sticks.
