- Remove your ribeye steaks from the fridge and let them come to room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 375°F) or your oven to 400°F.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning or Kosher salt and pepper.
- On the grill, sear the steaks for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- If using the oven, sear in a cast-iron pan for 2 minutes on each side, then roast for 11-14 minutes.
- Remove the steaks and place a pat of butter on each; let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
