  • 1/4 cup Mayo Use sour cream or cream cheese for a creamier texture
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Omit if you prefer milder flavors
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Optional but enhances overall taste
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs Panko can be used for extra crunchiness
  • 1/2 cup Cheese (Mozzarella & Pepperjack) Swap with melting varieties like cheddar or Gouda
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice & Zest Can be substituted with lime juice
For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Can use salted butter if preferred
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Adjust based on your taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Can be replaced with parsley or omitted

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the deveined and butterflied shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Combine crab meat, cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, mayo, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, pepperjack cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Stuff each butterflied shrimp generously, placing them spaced apart on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the stuffed shrimp for 20-25 minutes until shrimp are opaque and filling is golden brown.
  6. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant; stir in fresh dill.
  7. Serve the stuffed shrimp warm, drizzled with the garlic butter dill sauce.
