  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix Or use homemade seasoning
  • 1 cup Bacon Pieces Or use crispy chickpeas for vegetarian
  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts Finely chopped
  • 4 large Spinach Flour Tortillas Gluten-free tortillas are an option

Method
 

Directions
  1. Finely chop the water chestnuts and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and vegetable mix, blending until smooth.
  3. Fold in water chestnuts and bacon pieces gently.
  4. Spread filling over tortillas, leaving a small border.
  5. Tightly roll tortillas from one end, keeping filling tucked inside.
  6. Wrap rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
  7. After chilling, slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
