Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, and artichoke hearts. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry to 1/4 inch thick and cut into triangle shapes resembling Christmas trees.
  3. Spoon spinach-artichoke mixture onto the base of each triangle and roll towards the point, inserting a skewer to hold it in place.
  4. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each rolled tree.
  5. Refrigerate skewers for 30 minutes to 2 hours and preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Bake the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
