- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear, then cook according to instructions. Fold in sushi seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread seasoned rice in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle masago and furikake over the sushi rice.
- Mix imitation crab, cream cheese, Japanese mayo, and black pepper. Spread on one side of the dish. Mix canned tuna with chili paste and spread on the other side.
- Drizzle additional Japanese mayo over the seafood layers and sprinkle more furikake on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes for a crunchy finish.
- Let cool, slice, and serve with crispy nori on the side.
