Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients, crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs, and measure out the mini marshmallows and roasted peanuts.
  2. In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the milk and dark chocolate for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a large bowl and fold in the crushed biscuits, mini marshmallows, roasted peanuts, and chopped Rolos.
  4. Line a square baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the tray, spreading it evenly.
  5. Chill the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Remove the Rolo Rocky Road from the tray and cut it into bite-sized squares or bars.
