Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan) and line a muffin tin with 12 muffin cases.
- In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the flour, cocoa, and eggs to create a smooth batter.
- Fill muffin cases with the batter and bake for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
- For frosting, beat room temperature butter until creamy, add icing sugar and cocoa, then mix in vanilla and evaporated milk.
- Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes, then decorate with pretzel antlers, a red M&M nose, and edible eyes.
