Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak sweet potato noodles in hot water for 20-30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add beef, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes. Remove beef once cooked.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and vegetables; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Return noodles and beef to the pan, add soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add green onions before serving and mix well. Serve hot or at room temperature.
